Add I2C Sensor

This function exists on the Raspberry Pi Cyberdeck, but it is intentionally not exposed as a direct public browser command.

Security boundary preserved

Terminal access, firmware flashing, project-file access, network changes, service control and hardware operations require an authenticated server-side Cyberdeck gateway before they can be safely enabled online.
